Introduction

Tungsten carbide triangular blade is also called cemented carbide triangular blade, which has high hardness, strength and excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance and has been widely used in metal and non-metal materials cutting process.

Selection

1. Determine the structure of blade: It includes clamping structure, the blade material, turning angle and cutting parameters;
2. Blade types and sizes: Inscribed circle diameter (or the length of blade side), the blade thickness;
3. Choose the arc radius of nose of tool;
4. Blade chip-breaker type and size;
5. Choose the types and sizes of tungsten carbide cutter pad.

Notice

1. Listening check: The voiced blade proves that it has some cracks or other damage inside by external impact;
2. It should clean up the dust, chips and other debris before installing;
3. It should be actually confirmed that the bearing, the blade center and bolts;
4. After clamping, it should be idling to prevent from loosing and shaking;
5. Control the cutting speed and volume to ensure the working stability.
